Remote Possible. Boston, MA; Denver/Boulder, CO preferredAs the Sr. Director of Marketing at LineVision, you will lead a team to design and execute the overall marketing strategy as we accelerate the net zero grid. You’ll build our brand, promote our thought leadership, and leverage the voice of our utility partners to showcase our technology and expand our reach. Your work will build on our company reputation, market share, consumer engagement, and partner interest. This role will have a high degree of collaboration with the Go To Market team, as well as company leadership.
Your role is to facilitate a coherent marketing strategy across the company – so that LineVision remains the industry leader in Dynamic Line Ratings and grid monitoring. Ultimately, you will embody the voice of LineVision’s products.
What will you do?
Core Responsibilities and Key Performance Objectives
- Own and execute LineVision’s marketing strategy.
- Lead the go-to-market strategy and launch for next-generation products.
- Oversee brand, messaging, digital content, and collateral refreshes to enhance market presence.
- Manage the successful execution of press releases and events for new customer projects.
- Lead the planning of industry events, ensuring LineVision's prominent voice and presence.
- Secure media placements and speaking opportunities to strengthen LineVision's industry influence.
- Lead the marketing team and provide guidance and feedback to level up the team’s performance and enable each of them to achieve their career objectives.
- Work within LineVision to share your knowledge and develop the marketing team to become a best-in-class lean marketing operation.
- Work to create a shared vision for marketing outreach and strategy for differentiation from the competition. Apply new ideas while incorporating learnings from the field.
- Within Three Months:
- Familiarize with LineVision’s current marketing strategy, team, and goals.
- Supervise the brand, messaging, and collateral refresh to align with market trends.
- Initiate the planning for upcoming industry events.
- Meet our customers and understand why they work with us.
- Within Six Months:
- Drive successful execution of initial press release events for new customer projects.
- Oversee the execution of major industry events, ensuring LineVision's voice is prominent.
- Start securing media placements and speaking opportunities to elevate LineVision's industry presence.
- Within a Year and Beyond:
- Lead the go-to-market strategy and launch for next-generation products.
- Complete the brand, messaging, and collateral refresh to strengthen the market position.
- Establish LineVision as a stronger voice in the industry through consistent media placements and speaking engagements.

- Proven experience leading a marketing team and managing budgets.
- Demonstrated success in managing a marketing organization through growth phases.
- Expertise in budgeting, B2B marketing, and strategic storytelling.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and departments.
