A3 Technology, Inc. is currently seeking a Senior Level Technical Writer to join our team in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. Essential Job Functions:
- Able to rapidly develop positive customer and team relationships and possess communication skills, including the ability to develop analytical documents.
- Knowledge and support of the Terminal Second-Level Engineering programs and systems.
- With limited supervision, using available tools, develop information system security documents to support the Authorization to Operate (ATO) for Terminal Second-Level Engineering systems.
- Work with the engineering team for each system to support resolution of security issues.
- Work under general guidelines and objectives with limited supervision.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Possess strong organizational skills and some knowledge of National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Risk Management Framework (RMF), Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA) and NIST security controls.
- Knowledge and/or experience with the following software, vendors and equipment: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Visio, Adobe Acrobat, Linux, Windows, Cisco Routers, Switches, Firewalls and Hubs.
- Ability to act independently to research and resolve problems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- US Citizenship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the US is required. Applicants selected will be subject to a Government investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to obtain Government clearance.
Education:
- Associate's degree and 15 years related work experience OR
- Bachelor's degree and 12 years related work experience.
Additionally, US Citizenship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the US is a must. Upon receiving a conditional offer of employment, candidates will undergo a Government investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for Government clearance. Verification of past employment, education and references is also required.
