- Lead, manage and hold accountable all members of vertical team by setting clear goals and objectives, delegate responsibilities, provide guidance and direction, evaluate team members and provide constructive feedback
- Conduct daily huddles to discuss specific goals, daily wins & losses, carrier and customer issues, market conditions and other valuable information that assists in growing and supporting our business portfolio
- Knowledge around all equipment types
- Train and hold your Carrier Sales team accountable to effectively communicate the current market conditions, carrier capacity trends, pricing and aged, hot, sold loads.
- Develop, plan & execute carrier account strategies. Understand all SLA’s, load details.
- Power BI reporting
- Visibility and reporting on Highway, Marketplace, Profiles, and call log performance
- EOD performance reports
- Daily metric reports
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Management or lead position.
- Strategic Mindset
- 3-5+ years of Logistical experience
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Metric focus
- Ability to Manage Multiple Projects
- Driven Team Player
