Aspire Living & Learning is on the lookout for a dynamic LTSS Administrator to join our team. In this vital role, you’ll be at the forefront of managing and optimizing our Long Term Services System (LTSS), ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Do:
- System Expertise: Lead the development and management of the LTSS system, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external partners to streamline processes and solve problems effectively.
- Training Leader: Provide crucial training on LTSS and EVV processes, ensuring everyone is up-to-date and proficient.
- Data Management: Develop tracking systems for service authorizations and person-centered plans, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: At least 2 years in data management with a strong understanding of computer-based programs. Familiarity with DDA systems, LTSS, and Therap is a bonus.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to drive quality and efficiency improvements in LTSS.
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and successful background checks. Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Working with Us:
- Office Setting: Primarily office-based with some remote work and travel within Harford/Baltimore County and Baltimore City.
- Flexibility: Occasional travel and potential holiday work to meet deadlines.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and perform standard office tasks.

Salary:
$55k-$60k
