This position involves creating effective prompts, fine-tuning models based on performance metrics, and continuously improving prompt design strategies to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Design and refine prompts for AI language models to improve performance and accuracy.
- Conduct performance evaluations of AI models and adjust prompts based on the results.
- Collaborate with data scientists and other stakeholders to understand the requirements and objectives for prompt design.
- Develop strategies for continuous improvement of prompt effectiveness.
- Create documentation and guidelines for prompt design and implementation.
- Assist in training AI models and provide support during the deployment phase.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and NLP technologies and incorporate best practices into prompt design.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI prompt engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency with natural language processing tools and techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with machine learning models and AI development frameworks.
- Experience with AI model training and fine-tuning is a plus.
