Ninety Eight is seeking a talented and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team! In this position, you will play a key role in attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent to fuel our company's success. You will partner with hiring managers across the organization to understand their needs and source qualified candidates who are a great fit for our culture.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure a deep understanding of requirements and the relevant industry landscape for developing efficient recruitment strategies
- Handle full lifecycle recruitment pipeline
- Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Build connection and maintenance the talent pool
- Assist with onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Support the development and implementation of our employer branding strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or head hunter.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Demonstrable track record of sourcing and attracting top-tier talent across diverse functions and seniority levels.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- A passion for building a strong employer brand.
- Eager to stay ahead of the curve, continuously learning and adapting to industry trends and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Preference for strong English proficiency
