The ideal candidatemust be effective in planning, prioritizing and executing tasks in a timely manner. They must also exhibit skills in building & maintaining strong relationships both internally & externally.
The ideal candidate is both approachable & respectful, comfortable with new technology, virtual meeting platforms and scheduling systems.This would be a hybrid position requiring the candidate to be in office a minimum of two days a week with the possibility of more days depending on client requirements. - Providing administrative assistance, such as meeting coordination, drafting agendas, taking meeting notes, email management, drafting memos, and preparing communications upon request
- Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters to effectively manage time.
- Organizing travel plans, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
- May serve on special projects, committees, or act as manager or department representative
- Maintains an up-to-date electronic and paper filing system
- Must have strong MS experience
- Power Automate experience is a plus
Qualifications
- Must have a Secret Clearance
- Either an associates degree or bachelors degree from an accredited school/university
- Four or more years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems
- Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees
