Job Description
We are seeking a program analyst to join our program management contract support team for an FAA major IT investment. The successful applicant will be proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. FAA investment analysis experience is preferred.The applicant will be responsible for developing program presentations, documents, and reports; performing quality control of program documents and deliverables; ensuring adherence to program governance and processes; and coordinating program meeting logistics, facilitating program meetings, and capturing and disseminating meeting notes and action items.
Hybrid work authorized but must be located in Washington DC metro area for occasional in-person meetings in Herndon, VA.
Qualifications
- A 4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree with a major in any field that included or was supplemented by; at least 24 semester hours in any combination of the following fields: accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management is required
- Senior (required degree + 8 relevant years)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
- Must demonstrate writing skills, including meeting note-taking
- FAA investment analysis experience is preferred
- Public trust is preferred
