Details about the role are as follows:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical expertise for interpretation / implementation and maintenance of Safety related
- Reading, understanding and comprehension of safety corporate Standards
- Knowledge of support for compliance with local governmental health and safety regulations (NOMs)
- Establish and implement local safety requirements
- Lead/support in the updating of all safety information Data.
- Participate in equipment Reviews, recognize, and evaluate hazards/risks.
- Participate in Safety Walks, Safety Talks and Safety Stand Downs.
- Assist in the resolution of program safety concerns/issues and use the escalation process, if applicable
- Knowledge in ECPL (LOTO) procedure.
- Participate, establishing and deliver of safety training.
- Provide necessary guidance to ensure adherence to Global Contractor Safety Management, and Global Construction Specification throughout the construction and machine installation project/program
- Experience in blocking and energy management practices, installation of machinery.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Occupational Safety, or Health and Safety, also degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineer
- English language skills, Reading and Speaking.
- Minimum 2-year experience in the area of safety
