Summary:


The
Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Temporal Technologies will be pivotal in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement and retention across all stages of their journey. This role will focus on leveraging marketing automation tools, particularly Marketo, to deliver personalized, impactful messaging in-app and across our ecosystem. The successful candidate will work closely with our growth team to drive significant improvements in user experience and retention, thereby increasing customer lifetime value and contributing to our overall business success.

What You’ll Do:


  • Design and implement comprehensive lifecycle marketing campaigns using Marketo and other marketing automation tools.
  • Develop audience segmentation strategies to tailor messaging and offers based on user behavior and preferences.
  • Craft in-app and ecosystem communications that engage users at critical points in their journey, enhancing their experience and fostering loyalty.
  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance, continually seeking ways to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the growth and product teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and user needs.

What You’ll Bring:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on lifecycle or CRM marketing.
  • Expertise in marketing automation platforms, specifically Marketo, and a deep understanding of CRM systems.
  • Experience in developing and executing targeted, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with the open-source community and enthusiasm for technology-driven environments.

Compensation


  • The estimated pay range for this role is $115,000 - $145,000
  • This role is eligible to participate in Temporal's equity plan

Compensation ranges reflect salary and commission compensation (when applicable) across several geographic markets. Employment offers carefully consider multiple factors, including prior experience, knowledge, expertise, skillset, market location, and job level assessed during the interview process.Employee benefits and perks below are for full-time employees, part-time or temporary positions are excluded.
