We are there for companies when they need us most.For additional information about us, please visit https://www.agilityrecovery.com/Agility Recovery is seeking a skilled Data Integrity Analyst for a 1–3-month contract role specializing in data cleanup tasks within Intacct and Salesforce platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to ensuring data accuracy and consistency.In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting thorough audits of data within Intacct and Salesforce to identify inconsistencies, errors, and duplicates.
  • Developing and implementing data cleanup strategies to rectify identified issues and enhance overall data quality
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with organizational standards.
  • Utilizing data cleansing tools and techniques to streamline processes and improve efficiency in data cleanup activities.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation related to data cleanup procedures, including workflows, best practices, and standard operating procedures.
  • Monitoring data integrity metrics and performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with data cleanup and integrity initiatives within Intacct and Salesforce platforms.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with advanced skills in Excel or other spreadsheet software.
  • Strong understanding of database management principles and data governance best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness in data handling and analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
