This role can be located anywhere in the United States, but we would prefer
Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Chicago, Denver, Phoenix or Tampa.
What will my role entail?
As a D365 CE/CRM Technical Architect, you will:
- Own the technical integrity of Dynamics 365 implementations while providing technical guidance to clients, the scrum masters and consultants within the delivery team.
- Support the delivery team including technical leads in implementing Dynamics 365 best practices and scalable solution architecture for customers.
- Help technical resources on assigned projects and act as a single technical point of contact for the delivery team and customer.
- Execute tasks related to customer solution delivery and the software development lifecycle.
- Work with technology and business groups to define project specifications.
- Enhance efficiency of development, testing and release process; develop tools and frameworks to ensure robust and high-quality delivery of Dynamics 365 Implementations.
- Document technical risks and issues, and actively work to avoid, mitigate, resolve risks and technical debt.
- Working with Scrum Masters and technical leads to help determine timelines, project tasks and requirements gathering process.
- Participate in the full development lifecycle process.
- Facilitating the upskilling of the team and the technical leads to further their knowledge of the technology skill set. Equip both the customer and the team with the knowledge to implement Dynamics 365 in the most effective and architecturally sound way.
- Lead the development resources of a project team for new implementations and major upgrades, as well as small enhancements and some customer support.
- Participate in knowledge sharing activities.
- Engage in pre-sales activities.
- Experience with the following D365 modules. Customer Service, Marketing, Sales, Field Service, Sales and the Power Platform (Canvas and Model-driven apps), including the Power Platform portal.
- Travel to customer locations for workshops and meetings when required.

- D365 development experience and including two years as an architect.
- Full-cycle implementation experience.
- Proficient with D365 development environments and support tools.
- Proficient in C# and Java Script

- Excellent presentation, interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
- Strong problem solving, decision making, time management and organizational skills

- Willingness to travel when required (minimal)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
What else would set me apart?
- Previous consulting experience in a customer-facing role and strong business acumen
- Previous experience with a Microsoft systems integrator
- Experience in migrating clients from an On-premises version of D365 to an online version of D365.
- Relevant certifications
- Experience leading project teams through design workshops and pilot environments.
- Healthcare industry experience
