As part of our dynamic team, you'll collaborate with talented and like-minded industry individuals, driving advanced software-based platform solutions for our clients. Embrace a culture of continuous learning and tech experimentation as we navigate the forefront of emerging technologies.Day-to-Day Responsibilities/WorkloadApplication Refresh initiatives, this includes refreshing approximately 35 critical business system applications required to keep critical business systems up to date. This applicant will be working with others to incorporate Project Management & Analysis disciplines as well as Program Management methods to manage the individual Project Managers in 30 disparate projects and assure that projects are delivered on scope, on schedule and within budget.
The work within the Portfolio Management includes:
- Planning and execution
- Eliminating duplications
- Integrating critical inter-dependencies
- Achieving seamless collaboration between company personnel, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and other vendors
- Driving Operational & Maintenance (O&M) savings by decommissioning components to reduce ongoing costs
Must have skills:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in an analytical role
- Application Refreshes
- Participating in meetings with business team members to gather requirements
- Demonstrated experience using various software tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio in creating and editing and analyzing complex reports, graphs, presentations, converting information from one software to another, using advanced software/system functions, and generating nonstandard reports from business applications and databases
- Demonstrated experience planning, organizing, and prioritizing multiple projects concurrently in a team environment with minimum supervision
