Position Summary:


Our Desktop Support Technician role, based in either Blue Bell, PA, or Duluth, GA, offers an entry-level opportunity for individuals passionate about IT support. This position involves providing support to our clients, focusing on troubleshooting Windows desktop platforms, Microsoft Office applications, and basic network connectivity issues.

Position Responsibilities:


  • Log incidents and requests into the ITSM platform.
  • Provide onsite, telephone, remote, and email support.
  • Escalate support requests as needed.
  • Troubleshoot Windows desktop platforms, Microsoft Office applications, and basic network connectivity.
  • Provide technical support for Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Create and remove user accounts.
  • Maintain computer inventory and facilitate equipment orders.
  • Image laptops for new/existing users.
  • Facilitate equipment repairs.

Position Requirements:


  • 1-2+ years of related experience preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows Desktop Platforms, Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be located in the Blue Bell, PA, or Duluth, GA area.

Preferred Certifications:


  • CompTIA: A+, Network+
  • ITIL
