Main Purpose:
Creates and executes project work packs, job scopes and execution plans. Must be able to execute work packs with attention to detail. Manages day to day operational aspects of a project and scope. Responsible for project safety and quality assurance procedures and compliance. Minimizes company exposure and risk on project. Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Essential Functions:
- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
- Manages and lead team giving clear direction, guidance and support.
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
- Effectively applies company policy and procedures and enforces project standards.
- Responsible for project safety and quality assurance procedures and compliance.
- Minimizes company exposure and risk on project.
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Ensure material and equipment needs are being properly planned and staged in advance of the work to assure an efficient workflow.
- Strong knowledge of operation and equipment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ensure clients satisfaction.
- Complete all required training.
- Participate in Gulf Island safety program.
- This position is On Call, working nights, weekends and holidays is a requirement.
- RSO certified preferred.

Job Requirements:
· Must have a minimum of 8 years offshore experience. · Must be able to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.· Must be able to pass a background check.· Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.· TWIC card is a must.· Pass T-Huet (Water Survival Training)
Preferred Qualifications
Highschool diploma or GED.
Environmental Conditions:
- 80 to 90% of the work activities are performed outdoors. Individuals will be required to work in changes of temperature, hot, cold, humid, wet, and dry conditions, dust, mud, etc.
