What will your team do:
The Revenue Operations team is dedicated to optimizing the entire revenue lifecycle, ensuring seamless operations from lead generation to contract renewal. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, finance, and legal teams to maintain accuracy and compliance in all account and territory assignments. By leveraging data analytics and strategic insights, you drive key initiatives that enhance sales efficiency and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

What’s the Opportunity
We are looking for a Director of Revenue Operations leading a team who can:
- Develop and drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast roll-ups across all revenue teams ensuring forecast hygiene for ARR new business, renewals, upsells, cross-sells, down-sells, churn, and professional services.
- Take full responsibility for account assignments overseeing accuracy and business compliance while ensuring every account is always assigned and owned by a designated sales person.
- Initiate, drive, investigate major projects involving data collection, analysis and develop recommendations, advocate initiatives to create the models for successful implementations.
- Manage a range of projects which may include areas such as sales rep analysis, pipeline analytics, client segmentation, documenting best practice sales processes, and more.
- Lead the development and implementation of effective compensation and incentive programs by partnering with People Operations and Finance.
- Support the revenue leadership team in the creation of internal content/presentations to articulate business strategy, challenges, opportunities, and results to stakeholders.
- Own order operations ensuring a frictionless, error free quote-to-contract process that scales globally across all customer segments.
- Maintain, report, and enter appropriate information to the master data resources to ensure accurate data for sales personnel, customers and hierarchical structures to support accurate reporting.
This role is based the United States.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years previous experience managing a Revenue Operations team.
- Must have strong working knowledge of Salesforce.
- Experience within SaaS (Software as a Service) or subscription-based sales environments a must.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of subscription lifecycle management, customer retention strategies, and revenue forecasting techniques.
- Successful track record of accomplishments working within an early stage (Series A/B/C) SaaS company.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of ambiguity and change.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- 10+ years of business experience in analytics, operations, marketing, sales, customer success, sales ops and/or finance in SaaS organizations.

- Proven track record of successfully leading revenue operations initiatives and driving measurable results to meet sales goals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in hiring, managing, and developing high-performing teams and a track record of driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Advanced proficiency in CRM, business intelligence and sales/marketing systems, and excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Experience working across multiple types of sales cycles including enterprise, mid-market, transactional, and digital sales.
- Highly effective in all forms of communication: Presentation, email, video, etc.
- Leads by example. Demonstrates a bias toward action and results.
