We’re a high performer per G2 due to the trust placed in us by leading real estate syndications and investment firms around the worldRole OverviewAs the Content Marketing Manager at InvestNext, you will be at the forefront of our mission to redefine the real estate investment market. In this multifaceted role, you will contribute to the growth and success of InvestNext through the development and execution of content marketing strategy and social strategy by partnering with marketing leadership, sales leadership as well as key stakeholders in Customer Success, and Product. You will support Inbound marketing and sales enablement by producing compelling content that aligns with our ICP. We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and driven individual that likes to be in the weeds but can see the forest through the trees for this role.

In this role, you'll focus on:Content Marketing (70%)

  • Design content marketing strategies and set short-term goals for content traffic, engagement, and conversion rates
  • Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets
  • Produce high-quality content including, but not limited to: blog posts, whitepapers, thought leadership content, social content, case studies, customer stories, and industry insights by collaborating with sales, product marketing, customer success, and design teams
  • Create an editorial calendar, delegate where appropriate, and produce content at scale
  • Work with AI tools to enhance content creation volume while maintaining a high level of authenticity and quality
  • Work with leadership to create thought leadership content and build a brand around our founders
  • Regularly deliver engaging content
  • Edit, proofread, and improve the content
  • Optimize content for SEO
  • Produce content that is not designed to rank on the SERP, but enhance our brand position, credibility, and awareness for our target ICP
  • Create value-add downloadable content
  • Work with Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales to build a webinar calendar for lead generation
  • Ensure a strong web presence on various channels
  • Generate ideas to increase customer engagement
  • Reporting and Analysis: Providing regular reports on content performance, evaluating ROI for topic clusters, and content production

Social Media (20%)

  • Own social media strategy and collaborate with marketing director, sales, product, leadership to execute brand presence objectives
  • Collaborate with marketing director and leadership to develop and execute a thought leadership roadmap, including content creation and supporting social media actions

Marketing Projects (10%)

  • Own and execute ancillary marketing projects that contribute to department and company objectives that are outside of the core scope

If you're right for this role, you

  • Have 4+ years of relevant B2B SMB/Mid-market SaaS content marketing
  • Bonus if in the real estate or investment industry 
  • Have proven experience in copywriting, content marketing and social media management
  • Possess strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Are familiar with Salesforce CRM
  • Are an organized self-starter with the ability to handle multiple priorities with firm deadlines
  • Think creatively and contribute innovative ideas
  • Are able to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team
  • Are passionate, detail-oriented, and a genuine team player
