1st Shift (Mon – Fri 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.)
The Quality Inspector - Medical will be responsible for inspecting our tight tolerance medical and dental tools to specifications. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in visual inspections and using inspection tools.Duties and responsibilities:
- Inspect very small parts under a microscope.
- Work multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a neat and orderly workplace.
- Take initiative and demonstrate internal drive for results.
- Prioritize and determine the appropriate order of tasks according to task priority report.
- Document non conformances.
- Follow all company safety policies and practices.
Required qualifications:
- 1 year of inspection experience.
- Good manual dexterity.
- Ability to comprehend and successfully follow documented procedures.
- Detail oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Strong teamwork skills-communication and collaboration.
- Capability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Desire to bring a positive attitude to your team and work every day.
- Basic computer skills.
Physical requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds on a consistent basis.
- Sit for 4+ hours a day.
- Willingness to work around chemicals and use appropriate PPE.
