About the role:
We’re looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager and excellent communicator to join our growing Product Marketing Team and broader Marketing Team. You’ll work across the Product, Sales, Operations and Success teams to develop and execute on GTM strategies that have a direct impact on revenue. You will become an expert on our customers and agent sellers, representing the voice of the customer in everything you do. This role requires a strong foundation in positioning and messaging, GTM strategy, campaign execution and sales enablement.

What you’ll do:
- Own insurance and SaaS product GTM initiatives end-to-end, coordinating strategy, execution and success measurement across teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders during the go-to-market process to ensure the business is ready to sell, support and market the product or feature at launch.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Team to drive adoption for customer-facing tools and services.
- Equip sales with product marketing assets, such as playbooks, pitch decks, tools, training and sales collateral.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and analyze the competitive landscape.
- Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market and represents the voice of the customer.
- Create compelling content for various marketing channels including websites, blogs, social media, and sales collateral.
- Develop case studies, whitepapers, and product videos to showcase product benefits and customer success stories.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and adoption.
About you:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing at a high-growth company
- All around Product Marketer with deep experience in positioning and messaging, GTM strategy, campaign execution and sales enablement
- Strong SaaS experience
- Proven track record of working collaboratively in high-growth environments
- Strong communication skills, both written & verbal
- Exceptional content development skills with recent, high-quality writing samples
- Thorough critical thinker who isn’t afraid to make decisions or recommendations
- Self-starter who independently seeks out opportunities to learn & succeed
- Bias-to-action - you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty & stretch yourself
- Owner mentality - take accountability for your actions & results
- No previous insurance experience is required, but insurance, transportation, fleet management or fintech experience is a plus!

We set our salary ranges using compensation data from companies similar to our stage and size. For this role, the estimated salary range for this position is $145,000 - $205,000. The actual base salary will vary depending on multiple factors unique to each candidate, including location, job-related knowledge, transferable skills, work experience and our assessment of your level during the interview process.
