Job Summary:
Directs and coordinates activities of service trailer mechanics engaged in the repair and maintenance ofTrailers by performing the following duties personally or through shop mechanics.Duties/Responsibilities: • Every employee is expected to take care of their health and work safely at all times for themselves, their families and the safety of their coworkers• Understand and comply with our Core Values and company policies in everything you do • Communicate, model, and monitor compliance with our Core Values and policies and incorporate them into performance plans, coaching and corrective action• Handles incoming service calls from customers and dispatches trucks accordingly• Responsible for reviewing service truck mechanic work orders for accuracy in a timely manner• Responsible for maintaining driver files for all mobile service technicians with 100%compliance standards• Works with management, and quality control personnel to resolve maintenance problems andrecommends measures to improve the operation and condition of trailers and service vehicles• Responsible for accuracy and maintaining of parts inventory on all service trucks • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
