Barbaricum seeks a manager to act as Director of Operations of Barbaricum’s Cyber Intelligence Division, which provides agile, national security support to the Department of Defense and other government agencies. These contracts deliver cybersecurity, analysis, threat mitigation, data science and analytics, artificial intelligence, digital solutions support across both CONUS and OCONUS locations. This individual will play two key roles of both day-to-day operations and oversight of various contracts as well as take lead role in strategic-level discussions and initiatives designed to increase business volume and efficiencies. Operations support includes oversight and management of program managers, quality of services, engineering and managing budgets across the Cyber/Intel Division, recruiting, and any other support across multiple contracts and teams.Strategic support includes direct support in responding to government Requests for Proposal, Sources Sought and/or RFIs, Task Orders, and writing white papers providing enhanced solutions to government customers.
Some travel will be required for this position, which will include attending industry days and other pertinent conferences and meetings.
Qualifications
- BS/BA
- DoD Top Secret clearance preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience running contracts and serving in senior leadership roles for a government contractor
- Program Management Professional (PMP) preferred
- National security experience preferred
- Proven organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
