Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of AI strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct hands-on implementation of aligned AI strategies, working directly with the technologies.
- Identify and prioritize AI opportunities to improve processes, products, and services.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered solutions.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of AI professionals, including data scientists, machine learning engineers, and AI researchers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems and workflows.
- Stay abreast of the latest AI trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Evaluate and recommend AI vendors, tools, and platforms.
- Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards in AI development and deployment.
Qualifications:
- Proven knowledge of Artificial Intelligence best practices, resources and tools.
- Successful implementation of AI in multiple projects. Demonstrable benefits in operational efficiency, customer experience, and revenue growth highly desired.
- Working toward a higher education degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
