Summary

As a member of the technical team, the IT Intern will assist the Sr. IT Administrator with a variety of tasks to ensure that Plus One's daily operations are smooth and secure.Essential Functions

Install and configure hardware and software components to ensure useability

Diagnose and repair Tier 1 Desktop Support issues

New user desk setup

Repair or replace damaged hardware

Install and upgrade anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level

Provide support to users: be the first point of contact for error reporting

Establish good relationships with all departments and colleagues

Conduct daily backup operations

Manage technical documentation

Assist with miscellaneous tasking during implementation stages of projects

Image PCs using premade scripts

Assist with Tier 1 connectivity issues

Cable offices/cubicles as needed

Required Education and ExperienceA student who is a junior or higher, has at least a 3.5 GPA, currently studying information technology, cyber security, or a related field.
