Overview:

This translates to increased efficiency, improved decision-making, and a boost in overall productivity for our customers.As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you'll be our point person in transforming raw data into actionable insights.
In this role, you'll blend your analytics and data engineering skills to design, develop, and implement data transformation pipelines and data models. Your expertise in modern data pipeline tools, such as DBT, Stitch, and Census will be instrumental in architecting extremely critical datasets, tables, and reports that provide essential insights fueling the company’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve our DBT instance to ensure it is architected in the most efficient way
- Become a subject matter expert in our GTM and Product data models, and by extension internalize what matters to each function to become a strategic thought partner
- Collaborate with GTM and Product teams to translate needs or asks into actionable data, either through datasets, reports, or visualizations
- Establish and uphold high data integrity standards and SLAs to guarantee timeliness and accuracy
- Establish and continuously improve data governance and quality
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience as an Analytics Engineer or similar analytics role
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with dbt and modern data platforms (e.g., Redshift, Snowflake)
- Proven ability to design and implement data models and transformation pipelines
- Strong SQL and relational database skills
- Experience building data reporting and dashboarding in visualization tools to serve multiple cross-functional teams
- Skilled in modern data engineering practice. Natural preference for iterative development and approaches
- Strong preference for pairing, collaboration, and teamwork
Preferred but not required:
- Experience with cloud services, particularly AWS
- Experience with Sigma

Compensation and benefits
Note: Disclosure as required by relevant state law of the base salary compensation range for this role when being hired in Colorado, New York and Washington. The base salary compensation range for the position outlined is $153,000- $207,000. You may also be offered incentive stock options and benefits. Benefits include Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, Paid sick leave, Paid parental leave, Paid family leave, Paid holidays, Mental health and wellbeing offerings, HSA/FSA available (where applicable), Office set-up reimbursement, Life and accidental death and dismemberment coverage, Short & long term disability coverage, and a Company-issued laptop and accessories.The final job level and compensation will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, years of relevant experience, skills, qualifications, certifications, geographic location, and other business considerations.
