As a Real Estate Closing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in finalizing real estate transactions and ensuring client satisfaction. You will be responsible for negotiating concessions and tenant qualifications, delivering exceptional customer service, and closing sales with prospective clients who are close to making a decision. This role requires a high EQ, excellent negotiation skills, and a commitment to achieving results.

Key Responsibilities


  • Negotiate and Close Sales:
  • Work with clients who are close to making a decision.
  • Negotiate concessions, tenant qualifications, and other terms to close sales effectively.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Understand client needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process.
  • Transaction Management
  • Partner with the Transaction Management team; oversee the entire closing process on the sales side, ensuring all documentation and data entry is accurate and complete.
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Resolve any issues that arise during the closing process promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications


  • Proven experience in real estate transactions, with a strong track record of closing sales.
  • Must be a licensed real estate agent or broker; must have experience with residential real estate transactions. 
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to secure agreed upon terms for clients and Truehold.
  • Prior experience exceling in a metric and quota driven environment.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) and the ability to connect with clients on a personal level.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong customer-orientation; putting the needs of clients and colleagues first.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile to achieve sales targets and client satisfaction.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
