Job would include work in and around sanitary and storm sewers, particularly with replacement of old pipe and installation of new pipe. Technicians perform cleaning and preparing a job site, loading and delivering materials, and using a variety of tools and heavy equipment.Job Scope:
- Performs all work tasks required to support execution of sewer maintenance, inspection and/or rehabilitation pipeline tasks.
- Have experience working with concrete products and application.
- Enter manholes when necessary.
- Makes routine decisions and takes direction from supervision.
- Able to work in the elements for long duration.
- Operation and maintenance of all equipment
- Can lift, push/pull, carry 50 lbs.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Valid CDL drivers license required.
- Must be able to pass a DOT physical, drug test and driving record check.
- Requires previous experience using equipment and tools. Additional experience with machinery operation and repair preferred.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:This is a full-time, hourly position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday.
