Position Overview:
The VP of sales will be responsible for the management and continued development of the sales department. This will include a variety of tasks, including sales strategy development, team leadership, market analysis, among others. You will collaborate with the team and work closely with the Executive teams to help the company achieve our business objective.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Sales Targets Achievement
- Lead the sales function to meet and exceed company-determined sales goals
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth
- Sales Strategy Development
- Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Continuously refine sales approaches based on market dynamics and customer needs
- Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to assure they achieve individual and team targets
- Foster a high-performance culture within the sales team
- Sales Forecasting
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics
- Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals, adjusting strategies as needed
- Market Analysis
- Stay updated on market trends, challenges, opportunities, and competitor activities
- Adjust sales strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive advantage
- Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams
- Ensure alignment of strategies to provide seamless customer experiences
- Reporting
- Provide regular sales performance reports to the senior management team
- Highlight successes, challenges, and areas for improvement
- Training and Development
- Identify training needs within the sales team
- Ensure the team has the necessary resources and skills to achieve their goals
- Budget Management
- Oversee the company sales budget
- Ensure efficient allocation of resources to achieve sales targets
- Deal Closure
- Participate directly in major sales negotiations and deal closures when necessary

Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.- Sales Director experience, preferably within the SaaS industry.- Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies.- Strong understanding of full sales lifecycle- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.- Experience with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven processes.Salary Range: $200-250KPredictionHealth is currently not hiring in the following states: CA, DC, MT, HI, or NYThis organization participates in E-Verify.
