Banyan is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our Tech & Data Strategy team at HQ. This individual will be responsible for leveraging AI technology to qualify accounts at scale and ultimately supercharge our sales/marketing efforts to source more acquisition targets. The ideal candidate excels in Python, has hands-on language model experience, and a strong personal interest in AI, staying up-to-date with the latest developments. This position is perfect for those passionate about AI and using it to evolve enterprise processes, while being adept at navigating complex challenges and skilled in integrating applications within a collaborative team setting.

Responsibilities
1. AI Strategy and Implementation: Design, develop and execute AI strategies for qualifying accounts at scale using advanced language models.2. Language Model Expertise: Utilize hands-on experience with GPTs and other language models to drive AI initiatives.3. Data Analysis and Prediction: Analyze data to make accurate predictions and improve decision-making processes.4. Integrations: Seamlessly integrate AI solutions with our existing technology stack to access and analyze CRM data.5.
Optimization: Monitor system performance continuously, identifying and executing optimizations to enhance overall effectiveness.6. Collaboration and Innovation: Work collaboratively within the team, contributing to innovative solutions and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications for Success
1. Strong Understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP): Proficiency in NLP concepts and techniques, including text generation, sentiment analysis, and entity recognition.2. Technical Proficiency in AI and Machine Learning: Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, model training, and fine-tuning, especially in the context of language models.3. Experience with GPT and OpenAI API: Proven hands-on experience with GPT and the OpenAI API in a production environment.4. Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI frameworks and libraries.5.
Creative Thinking: Ability to craft diverse and innovative prompts that elicit desired responses from AI models.6. Attention to Detail: Keen attention to language specifics, including grammar, syntax, and semantic nuances, to create precise and effective prompts.7.
