Providing unmatched fraud and transaction monitoring backed by an in-house team of global payments experts, Brightwell offers options when it comes to managing and moving money around the globe. Who We Need: Due to product growth, we are searching for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team.

The SDR will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by identifying, engaging, and creating new sales prospects and opportunities. This position involves being at the forefront of our outreach efforts, connecting with potential clients, and laying the foundation for successful sales engagements. We are looking for a motivated candidate to contribute to this suite of innovative products. **This is a HYBRID position, based in Atlanta, GA. Working onsite one to two days each week will be required.** As a part of our selection process, we require all Brightwell candidates to complete a 10-minute survey which you can find here:  Culture Index Survey. This confidential survey allows us to match your unique strengths with our open positions. What You’ll Do: 

  • Identify and research potential clients through various channels including online research, social media, industry events, and inbound leads. 
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media interactions to engage prospective clients and generate interest. 
  • Work closely with internal marketing processes to follow up on inbound sales leads. 
  • Assess prospects' needs and pain points to determine their fit for our products and services. 
  • Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects. 
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in Salesforce. 
  • Remain current on industry knowledge, trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new opportunities and refine outreach strategies. 

As a Sales Development Representative, you have: 

  • A bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Sales, Finance, or a related field. 
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or lead generation and development. 
  • 1+ years of experience in the payments or fintech industry is preferred, but not required. 
  • A high level of self-motivation. You should be goal-oriented and highly driven. 
  • A high degree of tech-savvy and comfort level using Salesforce or similar CRM. 
  • Superior written and verbal communication with concise and persuasive presentation skills. 
  • Ability to communicate with business users, technology leaders, and end users
