We are looking for a temporary Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team to play a key role in driving growth for our marketing agency within a SaaS company! We are looking for someone based in Minneapolis, Minnesota to build on the amazing local talent.Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting to generate leads and set up meetings with potential clients for our performance marketing agency
- Research and identify prospects and key decision-makers
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects using Hubspot
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and messaging
- Meet and exceed monthly quotas
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with SaaS industry and marketing agencies is a plus
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using Hubspot or similar platform with the desire to learn and work primarily in Hubspot
- Attention to detail and able to adapt quickly
Compensation and Bonus Structure:
- Hourly Rate: $25 per hour
- Bonus Incentive Plan:
- Meeting Booking Bonus: $50 for each successfully booked meeting
- Closing Bonus: An additional $100 for each meeting that results in a closed deal
