Job Description
Beneplace, an EBG Company, is seeking a Client Success Manager.The Client Success Manager (CSM) is the face of Beneplace for an assigned block of Voluntary Benefits clients. Working in tandem with their Account Manager, the role will perform day-to-day operational responsibilities to drive client satisfaction, retention, and profitable growth. By taking a strong approach to relationship management, the CSM will ensure that all inquiries and tasks are completed in an accurate and timely manner to reinforce the responsiveness and strength of the Beneplace brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for client reporting, increasing user participation, and managing their assigned clients’ marketplace websites.
They will also continually look for opportunities to enhance the usefulness and efficiency of internal processes of the client support team. As with all roles within Beneplace, the CSM will work effectively with other internal departments to ensure clients’ needs are met and a superior level of service is provided.
Essential Functions
- Address day-to-day questions and service inquiries from client contacts, Account Managers, and other internal departments
- Prepare reporting and presentation materials to demonstrate Beneplace’s value proposition
- Manage client marketplace websites
- Maintain up-to-date client records in Salesforce
- Prepare for and support clients’ annual Open Enrollment efforts, including benefit fairs
- Leverage critical thinking to identify and implement process improvements
- Other duties, as assigned
Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years related work experience
- Strong knowledge of voluntary or ancillary benefit products and insurance industry preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Capable of maintaining strong relationships
- Superb analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Obtain/maintain Property & Casualty license
- Able to travel for business as needed up to 20% of the time (Q1)
