Our Baltimore office is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team. The Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the marketing and business development efforts of our architecture firm. This position involves a combination of tasks related to marketing and project coordination.
About the Position
- Work with firm principals, marketing team members, and consultants to create proposals, qualification packages and presentations
- Lead the production of materials for marketing brochures, client interviews/presentations
- Maintain and update resumes, project case studies, and boilerplates
- Maintain and update project and staff information in firm’s database, Deltek Vision
- Maintain and update specific opportunities and marketing efforts in firm’s database, Deltek Vision
- Assist in project updates on the firm’s website
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the architecture or construction industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled writer with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, editing and proofing
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple, concurrent deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of the architecture and design industry a plus
- Knowledge of Deltek Vision software a plus
