About the Opportunity
As the Partner Marketing Manager at Blumira you’ll take over managing key initiatives and programs for our two partner channels. You’ll focus on both strategy and execution and execution looking to grow our lead generation efforts for both the MSP and Reseller channels. The Partner Marketing Manager will also be responsible for managing events, digital lead generation, email communication, spiff programs, along with working with the sales teams on additional projects and campaigns.
Role Expectations
- Manage and coordinate all partner events, including trade shows, lunch & learns, partner summits, and more to promote Blumira's offerings and strengthen partner relationships.
- Research and executed digital lead generation and paid social campaigns to supplement the event schedule
- Oversee an email marketing program to keep partners and partner prospects updated on all things Blumira
- Create nurture programs to help effectively move partners from the first touchpoint to revenue producing partner
- Support the sales team in monitoring and contributing to channel communities and review sites
- Own and update the partner portals and kits to ensure all content is up to date
- Launch and operate bonus and spiff programs for both our Managed Service Provider and Reseller channels
- Work closely with product marketing and sales teams to create compelling marketing collateral, presentations, landing pages, digital ads, and sales enablement materials
- Work with the content marketing team to product blogs, press releases, and social posts to create more awareness for our channel programs
- Help analyze and report on the effectiveness of partner marketing programs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
About You
- 5+ years of experience in channel marketing, demand generation, field marketing, or a related field, preferably with some experience in the B2B2C market.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful partner marketing programs, including events, campaigns, and email marketing.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on the impact of marketing initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience in working with MSPs, resellers, or channel partners
- Knowledge of the cybersecurity or technology industry
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM tools and marketing automation tools
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce engaging content
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar tool
