With a focus on delivering innovative technology solutions and exceptional customer service, we help our clients streamline their operations and achieve sustainable growth.Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and proactive Customer Success Manager to join our team.

This is a new role within our company, and the ideal candidate will be capable of creating and developing the Customer Success function from the ground up. The right candidate will have extensive experience in Manufacturing Operations and a solid understanding of manufacturing ERP systems, with a preference for those with Infor SyteLine experience.Key Responsibilities:

  • Function Creation and Development:
    • Establish and develop the Customer Success function, including defining processes, metrics, and strategies to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

    2. Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within client organizations.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.

  • Client Advocacy:
    • Act as an advocate for the client within The Lake Companies, ensuring their needs and feedback are communicated and addressed.
    • Identify opportunities for clients to further leverage our solutions to achieve their business goals.

  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Monitor client usage and performance metrics to ensure they are achieving desired outcomes.
    • Provide regular reports and updates to clients and internal teams on key success metrics and areas for improvement.

  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for product and service improvements.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive enhancements and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
    • Extensive experience in Manufacturing Operations and a solid understanding of manufacturing ERP systems.
    • Preferred experience with Infor SyteLine or similar ERP solutions.
    • Proven track record in a customer success, account management, or related role within the manufacturing or ERP industry.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment.
    • Willingness to travel as needed.
