We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Payments Analyst to join our dynamic team at Biller Genie. The Payments Analyst will play a key role in assessing and analyzing credit risk for our clients, contributing to the growth and success of our business.
This role will start as an on-site position, requiring presence in the office. It is based in the Orlando area near International Drive, just minutes from I-4 and the Turnpike.

What You’ll Do:
- Communicate with applicants, gather necessary financial information, provide updates, and address inquires with professionalism and clarity.
- Manage applications in various stages, with unique requirements for each. Meet all SLAs and keep applications moving forward.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of underwriting processes and procedures, offering insights and suggestions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in credit risk assessment.
- Set up gateway credentials for approved deals to ensure seamless payment processing.
What You’ll Need:
- Experience in the merchant services industry. Experience specific to underwriting and risk is a plus!
- Demonstrated ability to think critically with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate the requirements of financial products.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to working in a team environment, with the ability to contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, risk management or a related field preferred, but not required.
