Position Summary


We are looking for an innovative Content Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Content Coordinator should be creative that creates and changes content online. Responsibilities include setting schedules, coordinating with writers and designers, overseeing edits, and ensuring timely content delivery. Content would appear on company websites, social media platforms, in other digital and non-digital spaces.

Key Responsibilities


  • Edit and review blogs written by agency partners to ensure quality and consistency
  • Basic understanding of SEO to optimize blog content for search engines
  • Use Canva templates to create visually appealing blog cover graphics and social media posts
  • Schedule social media posts in monthly batches according to predetermined strategy and schedule
  • Coordinate with agency partners to ensure alignment on content creation and promotion
  • Manage expense submissions and handle administrative tasks related to content coordination
  • Compile monthly analytics data and generate reports for performance evaluation
  • Utilize WordPress to add blogs and occasionally landing pages
  • Demonstrate strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Opportunity for growth within the role to take on more responsibilities and projects
  • Provide legal support and guidance as necessary

Qualifications & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar field
  • 3+ years of proven experience in copywriting, editing, and content coordination
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization
  • Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools for creating graphics
  • Ability to manage social media scheduling and coordination efficiently
  • Experience working with WordPress to publish blogs and landing pages
  • Project management experience is a plus

  • Ability to communicate in writing and verbally effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with agency partners
  • Data analysis skills to compile and present monthly analytics reports
