Job Summary:
The Public Relations Manager will be responsible for leading Stirista’s Public Relations efforts and developing and executing communication strategies to enhance our reputation and brand. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of media relations, crafting compelling content, organizing PR events, and handling crisis communications.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Create and implement comprehensive PR strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the PR team, ensuring alignment with overall communication strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, bloggers, influencers, and other media contacts.
- Develop and manage crisis communication plans, prepare statements, and handle media inquiries during crises.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of press releases, articles, blog posts, and other PR materials.
- Plan and coordinate PR events, including press conferences, product launches, and media tours.
- Ensure consistent and accurate brand messaging across all communication channels.
- Track media coverage and measure the effectiveness of PR campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Work closely with marketing, advertising, and executive teams to ensure cohesive and integrated communication efforts.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote and protect the company’s brand and reputation.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in public relations
- Experience in MarTech and AdTech greatly preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up-to 25 pounds at times.
