Ivanti Developer / Administrator to support our client's projects.US BASED CANDIDATES ONLY.  This is an remote position. The opportunity


TECKpert seeks to hire an Ivanti Developer/Administrator to support our client, a federal government agency, in managing and enhancing their Ivanti systems. This role is crucial in maintaining and improving our client's IT Service Management (ITSM) environment. This is a remote position, requiring full-time availability. The candiate must be flexible to work outside of core hours for patching and maintenance tasks.Job duties includes but not limited to:Maintenance and Development:

  • Maintain and troubleshoot the Ivanti ticketing system and related workflows.
  • Perform routine patching and upgrades of the Ivanti system.
  • Support the migration of Ivanti to the cloud.
  • Develop and update Self-Service modules and workflows.
  • Update the appearance and functionality of the Self-Service Portal.
  • Manage and update the inventory of assets within Ivanti.
  • Create Ivanti visualizations and dashboards.
  • Analyze and enhance the current ticketing system for better efficiency.

Support and Training:

  • Provide support and consultation on all Ivanti-related projects.
  • Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for our client.
  • Document workflows and ensure proper knowledge management for sustainment.

Process Improvement:

  • Analyze current processes and provide solutions to improve and streamline operations.
  • Create and maintain dashboards for project updates and reporting.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with our client's IT team and other stakeholders.
  • Provide weekly status reports and documentation of workflows to our client.

Compensation and Term 


This opportunity is for a full-time, ongoing need with contract to hire possibility and pay commensurate with experience up to $115,000 a year. Qualifications you needA successful Ivanti Developer has the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with IT Service Management (ITSM).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with the Ivanti suite of products.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with the Ivanti Workflows.
  • Experience in providing technical support and training.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience working with federal agencies or in a government contracting environment is preferred.
