Job Summary
Join MeridianLink as an Associate Implementation Analyst, where you'll drive the flawless deployment of our innovative software solutions, providing clients with outstanding support and expertise every step of the way. The Associate Implementation Analyst plays a crucial role in MeridianLink, responsible for overseeing the complete lifecycle of software deployments for both new and existing customers. Key responsibilities include delivering implementation and ongoing managed services, conducting training sessions, and offering other billable professional services.
The role involves managing client expectations, ensuring adherence to project timelines, and serving as the primary point of contact between clients and internal departments. Additionally, the Associate Implementation Analyst educates clients on software functionalities, while also conveying customer feedback and enhancement suggestions to the Product team for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
-Gathering core and third-party credentials, product requirements, and necessary client documentation.-Providing and reviewing product workbooks to facilitate smooth implementation.-Reviewing and troubleshooting third-party issues that may arise during implementation.-Supporting client validation configuration processes.-Developing a comprehensive understanding of MeridianLink’s licensed software and its capabilities to effectively educate clients and offer best practice recommendations.-Adhering to project schedules rigorously to ensure all project resources meet expected timelines effectively.
Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
-Entry-level professional in the field.-Basic skill set and proficiency required.-Executes work assignments as directed.-Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of professional experience.-Capable of performing client and third-party onboarding activities.-Able to shadow and assist Senior Implementation Specialists (SIS) in configuration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) implementation activities.MeridianLink has a wonderful culture where people value the work they do and appreciate each other for their contributions.

Salary range of $58,700 - $82,800. [It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.] The actual salary will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law including geographical location.
