About Your Role
At QGenda, being a Business Development Manager is a key role and a strategic position. You will be responsible for leading, coaching and growing a team of 8+ Business Development Representatives (BDRs). You will enable and help the BDR team accelerate our revenue growth through effective onboarding, training and development around pipeline strategy, customer research, and prospecting activities.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- You inspire and connect: You have excellent interpersonal communication and management skills; ability to dynamically manage, hire, coach, and support your team of BDRs to meet or exceed their personal and professional goals
- Strategic Approach: You have an understanding of how to develop impactful strategies for outreach, lead generation and qualification and can successfully partner with marketing and sales.
- Ownership and execution: You take ownership of success, setting and achieving goals, data and forecasting accuracy and consistently meet objectives.
- Optimizer: You know how to analyze, reflect and optimize lead generation and qualification processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness, knowing which tactics have the most impact. You continue to scale and improve our sales plays, processes and motions
- Competent communicator: You are an excellent communicator with great presentation skills. You can effectively articulate and leverage the QGenda value proposition to create impactful outreach communication campaigns.
- Analytical mindset: Enhance processes to achieve ARR goals, report on metrics, and obtain KPIs. Creating comprehensive KPIs and dashboards to track progress and drive improvement
- Partnership: Partnering with leadership, sales, demand generation and marketing to continue to improve and iterate on what’s required to succeed. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads to maximize conversion rates.
Who You Are
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of sales processes and methodologies and a track record of driving growth.
- Familiarity with sales automation and lead management tools.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and drive performance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, focusing on results and continuous improvement.
Experience You Bring
- Minimum 3 year in a BDR, MDR, SDR role
- Minimum 1 year as team leader / managing 3-5 BDR
