Job Title: Digital Paid Media Specialist.Department: Marketing.    Reports to: Director, Marketing.Experience Required: At least 3-5 years of ad specialist experienceSalary Range: $24- $30/hour.Supervisory/Training Responsibilities: This role does not supervise/manage others.  Schedule: Part Time, Temporary ContractJob Location: Remote in the United States*.  Job OverviewAs a part-time, temporary contract Digital Paid Media Specialist on our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing lead generation campaigns within specified budgets  across various media channels, primarily focusing on Paid Search but also including Display.

You will proactively identify areas of opportunity and  improvement, collaborate with the team to develop new strategies, and analyze performance data using a range of tools to drive campaign success.  Effective communication, precise budget pacing, and proficiency in online tools are essential aspects of this role

Requirements


Responsibilities and Duties Required:

  • Implement Pay Per Click Ad Strategies across Google AdWords and other search platforms, as well as Linkedin.
  • Handle daily responsibilities including creation of large keyword lists, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, etc.
  • Provide recommendations and provide strategic insights for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, and other facets of paid search and paid ads.
  • Communication: Keep team and management updated on project development, timelines, and results.
  • Collaborate with Team: Work closely with other team members to meet lead gen goals.
  • Work with web designer to help optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, and URLs
  • Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google 
  • Analytics and Google Search Console
  • Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm updates
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are followed
  • Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics

Essential Skills

  • Proven experience as an Ad Specialist or similar role
  • Experience with PPC ad platforms (AdWords, etc).
  • GoogleAds and LinkedIn marketing knowledge is a must.
  • AdWords certification required.
  • Knowledge of reporting terms such as CTR, CPC, CPA.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors 
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Search (PPC) REQUIRED.
  • Excellent analytical skills 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Education: BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience or affinity with B2B technology markets (high-tech, software, Artificial Intelligence, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines at a time.
  • Commitment to collective goals and team success.
  • A ‘can-do’ analytical problem-solving attitude and strong work ethic.
  • A passion for technology and creativity.
  • Ability to be flexible and pivot quickly as plans or priorities shift.
