Gozio is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing with a proven track record in the healthcare sector, explicitly supporting SaaS software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess at least five years of experience in this niche and demonstrate a deep understanding of healthcare market trends, regulatory environments, and customer needs. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills to drive our marketing initiatives, enhance brand visibility, and accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities


Collaborating closely with marketing leaders and other functions across the organization, you will be responsible for driving various initiatives that support pipeline and revenue growth in the North American region, including:

  • Market segmentation
  • Gathering market requirements through the voice of the customer
  • Establishing references
  • Developing solution launch strategies and overseeing execution
  • Generating demand
  • Crafting market messaging
  • Facilitating sales enablement

Knowing your market deeply, you will develop competitive positioning, key-value messaging, and compelling content that truly resonates with our customers. You are driven to develop successful launch plans and marketing campaigns while offering ongoing sales enablement/thought leadership through the development and management of ROI-focused marketing materials.You must possess a unique blend of healthcare experience, marketing creativity, and strategic and technical understanding to excel in this role.

You must deeply understand the healthcare B2B market and demonstrate proficiency in identifying customer and market requirements, delivering market opportunity assessments, and influencing leadership for investments. With your profound market knowledge, you will develop competitive positioning, key-value messaging, and compelling content that resonates with our customers. Your drive to create successful launch plans and marketing campaigns will be complemented by your ability to provide ongoing sales enablement and strategic thought leadership through developing and managing ROI-focused marketing materials.

Qualifications


Experience: Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in the healthcare sector focusing on SaaS software solutions.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce).Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.Strategic thinker with a proactive approach.Creative and innovative mindset.Strong organizational and project management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentAt Gozio, we’re redefining the meaning of patient experience in health systems across the U.S.
