What You Will Do
- Provide exceptional IT support to our clients, answering to tier 1-2 support tickets.
- Perform workstation setup, configuration, and deployment.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks.
- Implement monitoring tools and perform routine checks to proactively identify and address potential issues before they impact operations.
- Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard our client's systems, networks, and data.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to ensure scalability and efficiency.
- Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical professionals.
What We Are Looking For
- IT-related certifications, especially related to IT security (N+, Security+, CISA, Azure Security Engineer Associate, etc.)
- 2+ years of experience in service desk positions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10/11 & Microsoft 365.
- Expertise in Windows Server Operating Systems and Microsoft Azure.
- Experience in LAN/WAN administration.
- Proficiency in workstation setup, configuration, and deployment.
- Experience working with Autotask and RMM tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Service-oriented attitude with a proven ability to deliver superior results in a timely manner.
- Exceptional communication skills across various business units.
