Peachtree Waste is hiring a Business Development Specialist. Peachtree Waste is responsible for quickly and effectively implementing and growing operations in Atlanta and other in the MSA region. Our goal is to provide best-in-class waste management services by providing timely and cost-effective disposal services through the use of state-of-the art processes and technology.
The Business Development Specialist will develop new client relationships in the commercial and construction solid waste market segments of the greater Atlanta area. The primary focus of this role is to secure new sales and growth for Peachtree Waste by working closely with the Operations Manager and Administrative team. The role will identify, close, and implement new business, as well as be involved in developing lead initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and target new accounts to achieve sales and revenue growth.
- Work with existing customers to grow their sales revenue.
- Work closely with the Operations and Administrative teams to ensure excellent implementation of new and existing accounts.
- Work with our CRM and other tools to grow and develop a lead process and initiative.
- Expand and develop sales objectives, strategies, and reports.
- Perform other tasks and support other team members as necessary.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multi-task effectively

- Related work experience preferred
- College degree preferred
