We are looking for a Senior Oracle Database Administrator with Oracle Goldengate 21c Microservices experience.
What you’ll do as a Senior Database Administrator
- Deploy Goldengate 21c Microservices to replicate data between Oracle and Snowflake databases
- Maintain Oracle 19c database clusters
- Maintain DR site with Oracle standby databases
- Automate deployment and maintenance tasks
- Work with development on design and code optimization
- Participate in the on-call rotation
What we’re looking for

- Have experience in deploying and administering Oracle Data Guard physical standby databases
- Have experience in performance tuning of high-transactional OLTP databases
- Have experience in PL/SQL programming and be passionate about automation of routine tasks
- OEM use and administration
Nice to haves
- Have basic knowledge of RedHat linux
- Have basic understanding of SAN and storage arrays
- Have basic understanding of computer networks
- Have experience in bash or python programming
- Have experience in ATEX administration and programming
Physical Requirements
- We have weekly on-call rotation (24x7xWeek). Need to be able to cover your rotation.
- We have Monthly maintenance window on 3rd Sunday of the month 3:30am-7:30am ET. Need to be able to participate in the maintenance window activities.
