Our Team

Our cultural foundation is built on trust, teamwork, quality, sustainability, and integrity. This is a full-time,on-site PM position in Miami, FL. Shift rotate every 6 months between AM and PM. Currently AM achedule is 6 AM - 2:30 PM and PM is 10 AM - 6:30 PM.
Job Purpose
The Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of picking, replenishing, and assembly of distribution orders. Ensures the enforcement of all warehouse procedures and practices. Plays a key role in DC Operations by ensuring orders are completed and shipped in a timely, efficient, and organized manner.
Duties
- Monitors, releases, and coordinates the picking and replenishment of outbound tasks through the use of WMS
- Prioritize workload based on due dates, lead times, manpower, appointment times, etc.
- Coordinates the assembly and labeling of goods
- Ensures the WMS equipment is operational, maintained, and functional: Scanner guns, equipment terminals, label printers, laser printers, etc.
- Carries out the coordination of projects: rework, re-warehousing, training, etc.
- Communicates order/job status throughout the day/week.
- Provides coverage for other areas as workload demands
- Confirms orders are packed and shipped in accordance to customer requirements.
- Promotes teamwork environment
- Monitors floor activity, checking quality, customer compliance, and that assembly floor is organized, and clean
- Ensures that all safety practices are complied with
- Regularly communicates with Shipping and the Order Processing team
- Occasionally weekends needed
Skills/Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- 2 - 3 years of warehouse experience
- Prior knowledge of warehouse practices and procedures
- Experience with WMS systems, and use of RF scanning
- Multi-task, and understand how to prioritize
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experienced with Excel, Word, and other office programs
- Must be able to lift 15 - 20 lbs
