Job Profile:


This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced software consolidator with a very significant growth trajectory. We are looking for a Business Analyst capable of eliciting, analyzing, specifying, and validating the business needs of stakeholders. To succeed in this role, an individual should be an energetic self-starter with strong communication skills and a high detail orientation. The ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables at the same time will be an important asset. We are also seeking a collaborative professional who likes to put forward suggestions and ideas on how to improve the status quo and drive best practices.

Key Responsibilities:


Requirement Analysis and Documentation:


  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to identify functional needs.
  • Document project templates, map modules, define functional requirements, and develop detailed specification data.
  • Prepare system flow diagrams to illustrate business processes and system interactions.

NetSuite Configuration:


  • Customize NetSuite fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards to meet specific business needs.
  • Maintain user roles, security profiles, and workflow rules to ensure proper access and functionality.

Data Management:


  • Manage mass imports and exports of data, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Oversee data migration processes, including data cleansing, mapping, and validation.

User Training and Support:


  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of NetSuite.
  • Provide ongoing support to users, diagnosing and resolving functional issues promptly.

System Integration:


  • Collaborate with technical teams to integrate NetSuite with external systems such as CRM, e-commerce platforms, and third-party applications.
  • Ensure seamless data flow and process alignment between NetSuite and integrated systems.

Project Management:


  • Work with the project team and stakeholders to define and prioritize work.
  • Communicate with the controllership team to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Process Improvement:


  • Design and implement system enhancement processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization within NetSuite. 

Qualifications & Functional Skills:


  • 3+ years of experience in Oracle NetSuite.
  • Degree in Information Technology or Business Studies.
  • Strong knowledge of NetSuite configuration and customization.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and solve functional issues.
  • Ability to analyze and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Experience with data management, including data imports, exports, and migration.
  • Experience with Visio, Excel 365, Power BI and Power Point.
