The Role

Your Responsibilities in Detail
- Handle the main processing responsibilities in our indirect tax compliance workflow.
- Conduct certain controls relating to indirect taxes.
- Manage the data preparation process, ensure timely submission of indirect tax returns and payments, and support indirect tax registrations in various jurisdictions.
- Provide support to Finance colleagues and fiscal authorities on indirect tax matters, especially cross-border transactions and ad hoc or tax audit requests.
- Support compliance with indirect tax law and regulations based on the SellerX policies and instructions from the Tax Managers.
Your Background
To join our team, you bring along
- 4+ years of experience in indirect tax, preferably in a multinational organization or accountancy firm (big 4 is an advantage).
- Basic knowledge of EU and/or UK indirect tax laws and international indirect tax concepts.
- Experience with ERP systems and/or tax engines is a plus.
- Strong strategic thinking, prioritization, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and full fluency in business English.
- Self-motivated, capable of managing workload independently, and a strong team player.
