We’re seeking a responsible and organized Part Time Facilities Manager who will manage our building and RV Fleet in support of RTN’s mission and impact.

You’ll work closely with our film and production teams on and off the road, as well as events, and more. The flip side of that: We’re often doing something new, so adaptability, and being solutions oriented are critical in this role.This position will be in person at our office in Costa Mesa, CA. This is a part time position and typical work hours will be between Monday through Friday, 8am - 2 pm, approximately 4-5 hours per day. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required
In this role, you’ll
- Manage the prioritization and execution of building maintenance
- Coordinate and serve as the main point of contact for facilities vendors/projects like janitorial, periodic floor details, windows, upper deck coating maintenance, etc.
- Co-prepare budgets and secure estimates and cost quotes as needed
- Provide project management and organization for any building related activities
- Maintain the overall aesthetic of the office and surrounding areas. Maintain equipment/supplies as needed, including cleaning supplies, restroom supplies, kitchen supplies, etc
- Work with IT on server maintenance, alarm panels, and building security systems
- Work with HR on Cal-OSHA compliance, the Illness Injury and Prevention Plan (IIPP), the Heat and Illness Protection Plan (HIPP) and the Workplace Violence Prevention Plan (WVPP)
- Maintain RV Fleet schedule and participate in RV Planning meetings
- Coordinate RV Hauls and haulers as needed
- Liaise with Fleet Contractor on the overall Fleet Management
What we’re looking for:
- Strong project management and problem solving skills
- Experience with accounting and facilities software, in addition to basic computer skills
- 2+ years of facilities management experience
- High school diploma
- Valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check that permits driving per Roadtrip Nation auto insurance policy, preferred
$25 - $35 an hourThe pay range listed is based on national compensation benchmark data and may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, variations in cost of labor, and in some cases, geographic location. The exact job offer will be determined based on several factors such as the candidate’s individual skills, qualifications and experience relative to the requirements of the role. The range displayed with the job posting represents the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across the U.S.The company also reviews and considers internal equity (current employee salary) when hiring new employees to the organization.
The range is the expected starting base salary for someone hired into this position with room to grow professionally, including increased earning potential beyond the starting pay range.
