Summary
We are looking for a talented fully remote senior front-end engineer to join our DesignOps team. We need someone who is experienced with modern frameworks (Vue.js is preferred) and someone who can think about the UI and UX at a very high level and with impeccable attention to detail. The ideal candidate will also have a prominent role in any architectural decisions and help dictate the future of our front-end with our Architect.The correct person will take pride in their work and be able to get their hands dirty maintaining and expanding our ecosystem (built with Vue.js) as well as be an active contributor to our brand new Design System (ViewComponents, Alpine.js and Tailwind).

- Are self-disciplined and have a great work ethic
- Have good time management skills
- Communicate well in English
- Like having a consistent daily work schedule
- Have at least 6 years of front-end experience
- Have at least 4 years of working with a modern JS framework: vue.js (mandatory)
- Highly skilled with HTML / CSS
- Javascript shouldn't be a concern, whether vanilla or with a framework
- Able to think like a user and see things like a designer
- Can understand features and decisions from an architectural and business perspective
- Proficient with Git

- We expect our professionals to work 40 hours/week and hope they can work with us for years to come.
- We are looking for someone in the American or EMEA timezone for this particular position. Countries where we are able to hire: the United States, Canada, Brazil, Spain, Portugal, Romania, or Poland.
- The professional can be hired as a contractor or employee. This is a 100% remote job position.
- As a contractor, the professional can expect a lot of freedom and flexibility in his day-to-day work. The payments are based on working hours and paid in USD. The hourly rate expected varies based on experience, but the professional can expect a range between USD 40/Hour and USD 50/Hour.
- If the professional is looking for an opportunity to work as an employee, that can also be arranged through our EOR partner (employer of record).
- We get the whole team together on our Annual Retreats to have fun while traveling and getting to know each other! So, while 2020 had us virtually meeting because of the pandemic, we met in person in the Dominican Republic in 2022 and in Mexico in 2023, and we are now preparing an outstanding in-person retreat in Europe for this year, 2024.
